Shipping Policy

Watchlet processes and delivers orders across Bangladesh through courier partners. Orders are dispatched after confirmation, and delivery estimates may vary based on destination, courier conditions, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka Metro: BDT 70
• Outside Dhaka Metro: BDT 130

Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka Metro: approximately 1–2 working days
• Outside Dhaka: approximately 2–4 working days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. We will share available order or shipping updates through the contact details provided at checkout.

Courier Services

Depending on the destination and order requirements, Watchlet may use Pathao Courier, Steadfast Courier, Sundarban Courier Service, or another suitable delivery partner.

Cash on Delivery and Advance Payment

Some Cash on Delivery orders may require a partial advance payment. This may depend on order history, delivery location, product value, or total order amount. If an advance is required, we will communicate the applicable amount before dispatch.

Order Quantity

One order may contain a maximum of 2 products under one delivery charge. Orders above this limit may require separate delivery arrangements or additional charges.

Receiving Your Order

Please check the package and product in front of the courier agent when possible. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it immediately and follow the Refund and Returns Policy.
