At Watchlet, we inspect every timepiece before dispatch. This refund and returns policy explains what to do if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Watch Return and Replacement Window

A return or replacement request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order. Please inspect the package and watch immediately after delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Watch Returns

• The product is defective.
• The product was damaged during delivery.
• You received an incorrect product.

Change of mind, personal preference, or simply disliking the product is not normally covered by this refund and returns policy.

Refund and Returns Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, the watch must be unworn, unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with its original packaging, tags, Warranty Card, documents, and proof of purchase. Every returned product is inspected before a replacement or refund is approved.

How to Request a Watch Replacement

Contact Watchlet through the official contact page before sending anything back. Do not return a product without prior approval. Please include your order details and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

Refund Processing and Replacement Options

If the request is approved, Watchlet may arrange an eligible replacement. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, an applicable refund may be processed through the relevant payment method. The time for the refund to appear may vary by payment provider or financial institution.

Return Delivery Charges

Return courier or delivery charges are normally paid by the customer unless Watchlet confirms otherwise. Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Watch Orders

Please report delivery damage, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item as soon as possible. Our team will review the information and explain the next steps according to this policy and the applicable product warranty.
