At Watchlet, warranty coverage depends on the specific watch model and brand. Please review the product description and accompanying Warranty Card before purchase. The Warranty Card or verified digital invoice may be required for service.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty periods and conditions vary by product. Unless the product description or Warranty Card states otherwise, coverage is intended for eligible internal movement or machine-related manufacturing issues during the valid warranty period.
Warranty Service
If an eligible issue is confirmed, Watchlet may repair or replace the movement according to the applicable warranty terms. We will explain the available service options before proceeding.
What the Watch Warranty Does Not Cover
- Broken or cracked glass.
- Exterior scratches, dents, or impact damage.
- Damage caused by drops, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
- Water exposure beyond the watch’s stated water-resistance rating.
- Natural strap fading, plating wear, and normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by chemicals, excessive sweat, or improper care.
How to Claim Warranty Service
Contact the Watchlet team with your order details, a description of the issue, and your Warranty Card or verified digital invoice. We may request photographs or video to assess the problem. Warranty service cannot be claimed without valid proof of purchase or required warranty documentation.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the package and product in front of the courier agent when possible. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it immediately and follow the Refund and Returns Policy.
Replacement Components
If an original movement component is temporarily unavailable, you may wait for it to become available or approve an equivalent standard movement. Watchlet will communicate the available options before using an alternative component.
